Annuity Specialist – Insurance Marketing

 National insurance brokerage company, based in San Diego, has several opportunities in our marketing department for individuals with experience in the insurance, annuity, or financial services arena.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following criteria:

• Experience in the insurance or financial services arena - 3 or more years preferred and annuity knowledge is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and people skills.
• Comfortable with heavy outbound telephone calls.
• Self-starter attitude.
• Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Works well in a team or individual setting.

Position objectives and responsibilities are as follows:

• Acquire and motivate newly contracted brokers into production with Dunhill’s core carriers.
• Proactively market and sell to Dunhill’s contracted agents.
• Assess and simplify relatively complicated product information for brokers to offer to their clients.
• Assist broker in profiling clients’ needs and helping them determine which product(s) are best suited.
