Within 48 hours of receiving claim notification, Principal
Life will mail:
- A Disability
Claim Notice to complete
- An Attending
Physician's Statement to be completed by the physician
Within five to
seven business days of Principal Life receiving all necessary
requirements, the insured receives a claim
decision.
